Is Tagamoa a developer, or a broker?

Neither. Tagamoa is a consultancy: we own no projects and represent no single developer, and we don't charge the buyer the way a traditional broker does. We take your brief and search the whole market for you.

Is this actually free?

Yes, for you. Our fee comes only from the seller or developer on completion, and it doesn't affect the shortlist — units are ranked by fit to your brief, not by who pays more.

Which areas do you cover?

We focus on New Cairo and its surroundings — the settlements, districts, and cities like Al Rehab, Madinaty and Mostakbal City. We'd rather know one market well than every market superficially.

Cash or instalments — which is better for me?

It depends on your liquidity and goal. Cash unlocks bigger discounts; instalments widen what you can reach. What actually decides it is your down payment and monthly figure, not the headline price — we work it out with you.

What happens after I send my brief?

You get a reference number immediately, and a consultant usually contacts you within one working day with a shortlist explaining the reason behind each pick.

Do you handle resale too?

Yes, and primary purchases as well. On resale we check the payment status, the transfer consent and its fee, the chain of contracts, and registration with the property registry before we shortlist a unit.
