Tagamoa takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you submit a request, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.
What we collect
What you enter in the request: your name, mobile number, email if you provide one, and your property requirements (area, unit type, budget, payment method, any notes). We also record how you reached us — for example an ad campaign or referring link. Basic public-site analytics is collected only if you allow analytics.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your request, to search for and shortlist suitable units, and to understand which marketing channels bring us real clients. We do not use your data for anything else without your consent.
Basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the request, and we record when that consent was given. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who we share with
We do not sell your data. When you agree to proceed on a specific unit, we may share your name and number with that seller or developer to arrange a viewing. We also use technical service providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
We keep request data while we are working with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, because a property decision often spans months. After that we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Your data sits in a database protected by row-level security, and only authorised team members can read it. Private shortlist links expire automatically.
Privacy contact
For any question or request about your data, reach us through the Contact page or the Data deletion page.
