Welcome to Tagamoa ("we", "us", or "the company"). These terms govern your use of our website and our advisory services for buying property in New Cairo. By using the site you agree to them.
Acceptance of terms
By using the site or submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What our service is
Tagamoa is a buy-side property consultancy. We take your requirements, search the market, shortlist units we consider suitable, and support you in dealing with the seller or developer. We are not a party to any sale contract, we take no payments from you, and we do not guarantee that any transaction completes. The final decision is yours.
How we are paid
We charge you nothing. Our fee comes from the seller or developer when a deal completes. We commit that shortlists are ranked by fit to your stated brief alone, not by the size of a fee or the identity of the seller.
Accuracy of information
The information we share — prices, areas, payment plans, delivery dates — is gathered from developers and sellers and reasonably checked, but it is indicative, can change without notice, and is not a binding offer. You must verify every material fact with the developer or seller and with the property registry before any financial commitment.
Not investment or legal advice
Tagamoa is not a licensed investment or legal adviser. What we provide is a market opinion based on our experience, and it is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer or a licensed financial adviser. Financial decisions are yours alone.
Your use of the site
You agree to give accurate information in your request, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to send automated or abusive submissions. We may refuse or withdraw service where it is misused.
Your relationship with the seller
Any contract or payment is between you and the seller or developer directly. Disputes about payments, the condition of a unit, or breach of contract are resolved between those parties; we are not responsible for enforcing them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tagamoa and its personnel are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on indicative information, or from any transaction between you and another party.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
