You can ask us to delete your request and personal data from our records at any time.

How to request deletion

Contact us from the Contact page or on WhatsApp with your reference (it starts with TG-) and the mobile number you gave us. We need both to confirm the request is yours.

What gets deleted

Your contact details, the request itself and any notes attached to it. Your private shortlist links stop working.

Timing and exceptions

We action it within 30 days. We may retain a minimum record where the law requires it, or as evidence of a transaction that already completed.
